8. Delivery to school
Many resellers will arrange delivery of touchscreens directly to your school. These will arrive on a pallet delivered by a courier and will need to be store in the school until installation takes place. The Proactive engineering will bring the screens with them before each installation, negating the inconvenience of a huge delivery on a lorry and the school finding storage space.
9. De-installations and Removal of old equipment via
Proactive are certified to dispose of equipment via WEEE Regulations. We will de-install existing equipment, remove from site and dispose of completely FREE OF CHARGE.
The Proactive engineering team are DBS cleared and work to ISO accredited processes. They are employed by Proactive and are NOT subcontractors.
11. Warranty and Support
All products come with a confirmed warranty, however how that warranty is dealt with is the difference. Proactive will never leave your school to deal with the hardware manufacturer should there be a problem. Proactive support department will always deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. Associated cabling (including installation) is also covered by Proactive for a five-year period from the installation date.
12. After sales training
Proactive employ their own training team who will visit your school post installation to conduct basic, intermediate or advanced training.
13. Hardware and Software User Guides
Our training team frequently put together User Guides and Videos to help your school use your new equipment. These are updated as the hardware or software is updated by the manufacturer, our team is also on hand to speak to should you need additional advice.
