Just a note of thanks, if you could pass on to your guys who came out today, as they had gone by the time I got round to finding them. As usual, they were outstanding in their service, politeness and cleanliness. I have spent the last little while building up Proactive and constantly saying, “well at Thrapston they..etc etc”. So, my reputation was a little at stake today. However, I needn’t have worried because, as usual, the guys were brilliant.
