I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for being such a pleasure to work with.  You have made the process of purchasing new CleverTouch boards easy, amazingly painless and ridiculously quick. At all points of contact, from the initial telephone conversation of seeking advice, to getting quotes for different specifications and combinations, to placing orders and organising installation, you have been friendly, approachable and professional.  Thank you also goes to the engineers who were a pleasure to have at the school.  They worked in good humour being incredibly flexible to fit around getting in and out of the classrooms in a way which suited the children the best.  They were tidy, efficient and genuinely helpful making sure that any questions the staff had were answered (or signposted to where the answers would be).  Some of the more anxious staff were also reassured to be left with the helpline and have found contacting staff there to be easy and painless too – which is great as we all learn how to utilise a new piece of kit!  We look forward to spending our credits with you on further training once we prioritise the need for the staff. A sincere thank you for your help and your time over the past few weeks, we are all very happy with our new purchases!
