Hello and welcome to ProActiVe AV’s corporate and business AV page. As you may already realise we don’t use any sub-contractors. We discuss, design, demonstrate, deliver, install, configure and train you on your chosen solutions in whatever spaces need our expertise. This means we have accountability and responsibility for your project from start to finish.  We’ve been doing this since 2004 so we know what works and frankly, what doesn’t.

In addition, we really understand leasing and why many customers choose to lease solutions from us. As the lease is a finance lease with quarterly or annual rentals these can be written off against profits over the agreed term and your business can own these assets at that time for a small admin fee of £250 + vat. The choice is yours but we’re here to advise and assist when you’re ready.

The First Steps

To create the right solution, we’ll work with you to establish:

  Your preferred meeting platform, such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or both.
  The size and shape of your room, either through photographs, floor plans or a site survey.
  The typical number of participants both in the room and joining remotely.
  How you want meetings to appear, whether all participants are visible at once or the focus remains on the active speaker.
  The type of content commonly shared during meetings, such as CAD drawings, presentations, spreadsheets or financial reports.
  Whether an interactive touchscreen display would add value to your workflow.

  Install commercial-grade or interactive displays ranging from 43″ to 98″, with multiple screens where required.
  Configure your Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms system in partnership with your IT team.
  Install professionally positioned cameras and audio solutions to suit your meeting environment.
  Provide wireless presentation and content-sharing solutions, along with desktop microphones where necessary.
  Complete a clean, professional installation with all cabling discreetly concealed by our own engineers.
