One of our trainers will carry out the demonstration(s) of your choice and they will remain your trainer for the next 5 years once you’ve selected a preference. There is no obligation post demonstration to commit and there’s also no charge for the unlimited training on site.

Deliver Screens (on day of installation) NO pallets, NO obstructions, NO hassle.
De-installation & removal (via WEEE) of your existing solution & we mean remove from site NOT just out of the classroom into the corridor.
Install the screen(s) with all necessary cables, wall mounts & cable management.
Installations undertaken in accordance with the British Standard BS8590:2014 Code of practice for the installation of Audio Visual equipment.
Clean-up & remove all rubbish from site.
Give you a quick screen intro & test/configure for your immediate use
Out-of-hours installations available.
Training sessions are part of the ProActiVe package & help you make the
most of your new investment as quickly as possible.

This was such an easy and seamless purchase and installation from the start right to the finish. Michaela was incredibly helpful pre-installation answering all my questions and giving clear responses. The communication before installation about access, timings, DBS etc were useful, clear and organised. Rob and Tim were speedy, tidy and excellent in explaining to… staff how to use the equipment. They were incredibly considerate of the noise of drilling for our pupils with SEN and communicated with our SEN teacher when they drilling would begin so she could prepare the children. Since January 2025 ProActiVe AV have delivered a transformative programme of replacing and renewing IWBs and AV systems across GAT’s academies reducing our power use by over 50% and reducing costs by thousands. If I could give anymore stars I would! We used Proactive AV for the first time to install a interactive screen at our school and the service I received was like no other and I have used many companies in the past and that is no exaggeration. They were very flexible with install times and… even met me early before school started to get the screen installed and even disposed of the old equipment free of charge and they left the classroom clean and tidy. I recently met with the MD Chris and Victoria from sales to get a better idea of all the services they can offer and how they think they can help save money which of course is very important in the education sector!
